JLFastener Completes Full Quality System Upgrade in 2026 to Support High-End Fastener Export
In response to the rapid upgrading of global industrial fastener standards and the growing demand for high-strength, anti-corrosion and precision fasteners in overseas and Russian engineering projects, JLFastener has officially completed a comprehensive quality management system upgrade in 2026. The factory has fully optimized production processes, testing procedures and batch inspection standards to further improve product stability and export compliance capabilities.
This upgrade focuses on two core product lines: grade 10.9–12.9 ultra-high-strength alloy steel bolts and high-corrosion-resistant stainless steel & duplex steel fasteners. The company introduced new salt spray testing machines, hardness spectrometers and full-size dimensional inspection equipment. Every batch of export fasteners undergoes standardized tensile testing, surface inspection and material component analysis, ensuring full compliance with ISO 898 international standards and Russian industrial project specifications.
In terms of export packaging and logistics, JLFastener has unified 2026 new export packaging standards. VCI anti-rust protection, thread protection measures, moisture-proof cartons and standardized batch labeling are fully implemented for cross-border sea and rail transportation, effectively reducing rust damage and thread collision risks during long-distance delivery.
With the upgraded quality system, JLFastener can provide complete 3.1 material certificates, salt spray test reports and batch inspection documents for all bulk export orders.
